Planning + Preparation = Success

Eating well seems to require planning and preparation. Consistently. This is my kitchen helper, Zelda, putting the finishing touches on a fresh fruit salad. This will provide delicious fruit servings for about half the week.

Juicing for Dinner

                     My recipe for 2 servings of a Summer Veg-Fruit Juice:
                                    1/2-1 cup water
                                    2 lemons, peeled and seeded
                                    1/2 cucumber, sliced into chunks
                                    2 small peaches, seeded
                                    1 head romaine heart
                                    1 kale leaf
